Victoria Secret diet and workout plan?

I have always been fascinated with fit the Victoria Secret models are and how they keep in such lean, tone, and tight shape. Is there a Victoria’s Secret diet and work out plan anywhere out there that is easy to follow that anyone can do?

Not one that I know of but some of them have commented on what they eat and what they do for working out. Keep in mind, many models only eat 800 to 1000 calories a day to stay as thin and as lean as possible. This is VERY hard to do and if you are not working with experts that can ensure you are getting enough nutrition, you can get very sick eating this little.

The models tend to go on different diets but they all seem to be eating too little. I think this is why many of them appeared malnourished for many years. They often photo-shopped weight onto them.

I didn't know there was such a diet but I did google it and it would appear that they are on different diets according to who they work with. Likely down to the manager that helps them.

All the diets I have seen from models have been about eating very small meals and very light calories. So an average meal would be a small chicken breast with a side of green beans and that is it. It would be around 300 calories for the meal.

I actually saw a video on one of the models talking about what she ate in one day. The first comment calculated the calories and it wasn't even 900. Very unhealthy.
