Does the Kendall Jenner workout and diet work?

Has anyone tried her workout and diet plan? I am curious if it actually works or not. I read about it on social media and her body is just gorgeous so I would love see if this has worked for anyone out there and maybe give it a try myself.

She works with a personal trainer and has on staff chefs to cook for her. The results she gets will always be better than what someone on their own can achieve. It is way easier to stick to something when the work is taken out of it and where the work is required, someone is pushing you to finish.

I am sure it does if you stick to it. Most diets work if you actually do them right but the problem is, most of us cheat or can't stick to them because they are too strict. I am okay with diets but I struggle more with exercising.

I know someone from work who did it and she lost a good 35 pounds but it is hard work and takes time. You can't assume you will lose weight like she does just because her program works for some women doesn't mean it works for all women.

Yes and no. Yes, it can work because of what it involves but no... It doesn't work for most people because they don't have personal dietitians or personal chefs.

She uses or claims to use Fit Detox Tea and drinks 12 cups of the stuff a day. That is like the main selling point but that is a sponsored agreement and she is getting paid to say she drinks it for weight loss. She likely eats a very low calorie diet and workouts out daily.
